This list was issued by A BW operative and has said that it is the result of a severe water shortage on the ship canal. No rain etc.
Important to note is that craft locking through Upper Lode after 4.00pm will not be locked up into Gloucester that afternoon. It is not possible to travel that distance without speeding. This restriction will be inforced. licences to be sorted at the lock.
