Branta, A replica dutch coastal Tjalk launches at Sirius marine Services.Built over the last 3 years under the stewardship of both the previous and new owners of the yard, her emerging into daylight was an emotional event for both the construction team and the very prooud owners. As the boat came out of the workshop doors the sun came out to greet her, showing her lines and colours off to the max. Many comments were made about the fantastic paint job and curves.
The interior has been lovingly hand crafted from green oak. In fact, the entire layout and design is bespoke to the owners specifications. Having an open plan layout for the main living & Galley area, there is also a main bedroom with ensuite, a seperate guest head and a rather nifty spare bedroom that is seperated from the open plan areas by raising two falls walls.
We are currently now running up all systems ahead of 4 days of trials before hand over.
